Data Deletion

Kodah respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems, including data collected through connected social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:

Timeline

All personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance), but these will not be used for any other purpose.

How to Delete Your Data

You have two options:

Option 1: Delete Your Account

Log in to your Kodah account, go to Settings → Account, and click Delete Account. This will immediately revoke your access and queue your data for deletion within 30 days.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to request deletion by email, send us a message with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Kodah account.

Facebook / Instagram Users

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Kodah, you can also revoke Kodah’s access directly from Facebook’s settings:
